To prepare these chicken and broccoli cakes we start by taking a bowl and whisking the eggs, the 125 ml of milk, the baking powder, and the 150 grams of flour, you must beat the entire mixture, the result will be a dough very similar to pancakes.
Now you will have to make the chicken, first dice it and then fry it in a pan with olive oil. You should not cook the chicken for a long time, just about 3 minutes until it is white. Cut the small onion and chop until it is well chopped, then add to the pan.
Next, you need to add the 150 grams of broccoli, salt, and pepper to the pan with the chicken and let them cook until tender. Let cool for a few minutes and add the 120 grams of grated cheddar cheese. Take a mold for cake or muffins, spread with oil so that later the dough comes off well.

- 10 walnuts
Boil the broccoli with water and salt for at least 10 minutes, then you have to strain it and cool it with water. Next, boil the rice with a vegetable stock cube for 20 minutes and reserve. Take the 10 walnuts, chop them, and put them in a pan with the butter so that they brown.
